Through active recruiting, we are able to find some of the top talent in the marketplace. We network heavily through local MBA schools, the Minnesota Society of CPA’s, and respected companies to find people who might consider an alternative to their existing employer if an incredible opportunity presented itself. We then spend a considerable amount of time working and meeting with these candidates to determine their needs, concerns, likes, dislikes and goals. We use this information to present them with opportunities that fit their search parameters specifically and, if possible, help them to interview for and earn that position.
